The base price you’ll see within your store includes your logo added to each selected product. Prior to launch we'll review special pricing with you once we understand exactly what kind of store features you want along with which custom uniforms and apparel are best for your team. Most orders are shipped within 7 to 10 business days. Transit times can vary based on the destination. We ship all orders as quickly as possible.
For orders under $199, there is a flat $9.50 (USD) shipping fee. You can take advantage of FREE shipping on all orders $199 and up! If there are unique shipping variables, such as bulk shipping to one location, we can discuss with you on an individual project basis.
Absolutely! We can add fundraising amounts at a product level. We strongly encourage the amounts to be a low percentage increase, so your purchases are not delayed or complicated. We can review the cadence of sending your fundraising amount monthly or quarterly. Please note that only the store manager will have visibility to fundraising amounts.
Launch timing depends on how quickly your decoration details can be finalized. Once we have the artwork, we can set up the production files within 2-3 business days. If your decoration details will be used from a previous order, we can launch the team store in less than 48 hours. We would love to work together to launch your Scoreboard Store ASAP!
We do not close Scoreboard Stores unless specifically requested by a customer. All orders are processed individually as we receive them.
Since most orders are branded with a custom logo, we are not able to process returns. To avoid these types of issues, we provide design and product proofs before we ship. However, if there are still manufacturer defects or decoration concerns, please contact us immediately so we can discuss the best resolution. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with every order.
We prefer vector files, like Adobe Illustrator files (.ai), encapsulated postscript (EPS), portable document file (PDF), or scalable vector graphics (SVG). Send us the best file type you have readily available, along with your brand guidelines as a reference for decoration instructions. Once we have your art files in hand we will review, and if we need anything else we’ll reach out.
We would be happy to help with your logo design and production artwork! There may be a design fee, and we’ll provide you with a quote once we’ve reviewed your project.
